The ground floor of the manor house you enter a grand hallway. Off the hallway there are four large rooms. The first is a living room featuring a corner sofa, 55” smart TV with surround-sound and log burner. Following on there is a separate spectacular dining room with a large oak dining table seating up to 10 people. The third room is a second lounge area/library featuring many antique books. The fourth room is a beautiful newly-fitted kitchen with two double ovens, granite worktops, a large kitchen island, a small seating area seating 5/6 people and Quooker tap for boiling water as well as filtered drinking water. Going through the patio doors leads down five stone-built steps to a large private garden. There is patio area with garden furniture and six person private hot tub along with a large grassed area. Free WiFi is available throughout the full site.

First Floor

Up the grand staircase leads to 4 large bedrooms. The first bedroom has four poster double bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has a superking bed, smart TV and large en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath as well as a separate shower. The fourth bedroom is a family room with a king size bed as well as two single beds, smart TV and large en-suite shower room.

There is parking for 4 or 5 cars directly outside the property. Communal play area and communal indoor heated swimming pool.
