- Bedding will be included for double bed only.
- No bedding will be provided for bunk beds apart from a fitted mattress sheet. (Bedding can be purchased as a extra)

Dogs
Some of our lodges are dogs friendly allowing a maximum of one dogs per lodge. There is small charge of £8.00 per night per dog.

Arriving at Killerby Old Hall in Scarborough is an effortless journey, whether you’re travelling by road or rail.
Arriving by road
From the North: Navigate along Whitby road following on to Scarborough. Then continue towards Cayton which will lead on to Killerby. There you will find Killerby Old Hall.
From the South: Follow signs towards York. Then The A64 to Scarborough. Then continue towards Cayton which will lead on to Killerby. There you will find Killerby Old Hall.
Arriving by rail
Head towards York and change at York for Seamer Station. Killerby Old Hall is a 7 minute drive from the station.

Killerby Old Hall offers a serene escape nestled in a picturesque rural setting, where modern amenities blend seamlessly with the natural beauty of the surrounding woodland. Our exclusive facilities cater to both relaxation and recreation, making every moment of your stay memorable.
The owners, Shaun and Babette Pye, bought Killerby Old Hall in 2019, they have three young children Oscar, Matilda & Beala. Shaun & Babette want to be around for their children as they grow up & be able to spend school holidays with them. What better place for three young children to grow up in unique, rural and beautiful surroundings.
They have spent the last several years renovating the cottages & caravan site as well as adding an on-site bistro called ‘Nine Eighty Bistro and Bar’.
