Yes we have FREE WIFI throughout the site. We do not guarantee WIFI at all times speeds may vary as we are in a rural area.

Arrival is from:
1pm on the caravan site
3pm in our Lakeside Lodges.
4pm in our holiday cottages.

We do not have a shop on site. There are 3 shops in the village along with a post office and pubs within an easy walking distance.

Pets are welcome on the Caravan Site and in three of our Lakeside Lodges. We are unable to accept pets in the Cottages.

No , the 16amp electricity supply to pitches is by pre-payment meter and is no longer included in the pitch price.

All cottages are equipped with freshly made up beds and towels. All lakeside lodges have freshly made up double beds. Bedding will NOT be provided for bunk beds apart from a fitted mattress sheet.
Single bedding & towels can be added as an extra when booking. Towels are not provided for hot tub/swimming use.

Yes Cayton Bay is a splendid beach which is a 20 minute walk away.

There will be basic cleaning products provided in cottages and lakeside lodges. Please note you are in self-catering accommodation. Killerby Old Hall does not provide toilet rolls, bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc for the duration of your stay. We do however leave a few complimentary bits to get you started including a complementary amount of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, toilet rolls in each bathroom and a couple of bin bags.

There are safety guidelines and a disclaimer that you agreed to when placing your reservation. This information was emailed with your booking confirmation and will also be available in the property. Please follow the guidelines!

Yes you can order an online food delivery. Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Tesco all deliver regularly.

We do NOT supply BBQs. Please keep BBQ’s raised off the ground, off any grass or wooden furniture and away from your cottage.

Our pool is open to all of our guests. All cottages will get one hours exclusive use of the swimming pool between 7am and 2pm each day. From 2pm each day the swimming pool is open to all guests to use as an open swim session, no booking is required.

Open Swim Sessions Times:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 2pm–9pm
Monday–Thursday: 2pm–5pm (during local school term time)
Monday–Thursday, 2pm–9pm (during local school holidays)

Caravan Guest Prices: £5 per person, or £10 per caravan per day.
Please visit the office between 9:30am-4pm. Please note the office is closed on a Sunday.

Nine Eight Bistro & Bar is open Wednesday & Thursday from 5pm -9pm, Friday & Saturday 3pm -10pm & Sundays 12pm -9pm

Open to the general public as well as onsite residence.
